Impact report on our investment
Since taking transfer of 6,300 homes from Gwynedd Council in April 2010, we’ve ensured all our housing stock meets the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).
We have been one of the strongest performing stock transfer housing associations in Wales.
An investment of £135m in our properties in the first five years of our existence has contributed to improving significant housing deprivation in Gwynedd, while also improving economic, health and social outcomes for the communities we serve.
A report on this investment shows the link between our improvement activities, wider involvement in community safety and community investment. It applies values to economic, health and social outcomes, and estimates the social return on our investment.
These videos were made when we were known as Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd (CGG).
