How can you help?
- Answer your phone and allow access to your home when needed.
- Let us know about any changes to your details or circumstances.
- Tell us if you’ll be away for a long period (e.g., holidays or hospital stay).
- If you have a pet, make arrangements for its care in case you become ill or need to go into hospital.
- Do not fit a security chain on your front door.
- Inform family and friends that we may contact them if we can’t reach you or if we’re concerned about your wellbeing.
Remember
- If we are concerned about your wellbeing, we may enter your home using the master key. We will always try to contact your emergency contact first.
- If you have a keysafe, the code may be shared with emergency services in case of an emergency.
- Our officers are here to help – please be kind and respectful. We will not tolerate rude or abusive behaviour towards staff.
