“At Adra we have built a strong, dependable compliance culture were getting the basics right is non‑negotiable and where tenants are kept safe as a result of everyday decisions, behaviours, and actions.

“This is reflected in our strong performance, as evidenced by our current regulatory return and our overall Risk Assurance Status (RAG) for landlord health and safety checks, which stands at 99.23% for 2025–2026.

“Safety and compliance are not treated as specialist or isolated functions; they are embedded in our DNA and the everyday routine of operational delivery, supported by robust governance and reinforced through organisational culture.

“Compliance is understood and owned by colleagues across the organisation and delivered through a strong One Team approach, fully aligned to our Corporate Plan.

“I’m very proud of the work carried out by the team to protect tenant safety, as well as a company wide commitment to making a difference.

“This recognition reflects not just the work of the past 12 months, but the culmination of years of sustained effort, including contributions from both current staff and colleagues no longer working at Adra, who have helped build the strong foundations in place today. It also demonstrates Adra’s continued commitment to investing the necessary resources to ensure our compliance performance remains at the highest level. Achieving 99.23% is no accident – it reflects a clear organisational priority that compliance and tenant safety are never in doubt and always come first”.

“To be shortlisted for the award is tremendous – fingers crossed for success on the evening.
