Gas Safety Week

This week is Gas Safety Week, a timely reminder for us all to stay safe and proactive when it comes to gas appliances.

It’s important that we are allowed access to your homes to be able to ensure your boiler is checked and serviced annually by one of our Gas Safe registered engineers.

Gas appliances that have not properly been maintained can cause gas leaks, fires, explosions and carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning. Carbon monoxide is known as the ‘silent killer’ because you can’t see, smell or taste it. Therefore, it is highly important to have gas appliances checked and serviced by an engineer who is listed on the Gas Safe Register.

Tenant safety is our top priority. That’s why it’s so important that we’re able to access our properties to carry out these annual checks.
