How does it work?

Step 1 – Sign up for one of our courses, where you will receive a week of training. Our courses take place at our offices in Bangor and Penygroes.

Step 2 – You will then have the opportunity to go for a week of unpaid work experience with us at Adra or with one of our partners.

Step 3 – Everyone who completes the two weeks will be offered to apply for a payable work placement. If you’re offered an interview and you’re successful, you will be placed, you will be placed within Adra or with one of our partners for your payable work placement over 16 weeks.
