Joint out-of-hours service
We’re pleased to announce that Adra and ClwydAlyn are working together to provide a joint out-of-hours emergency service.
If an emergency happens outside normal working hours, a trained operative from either organisation may attend to make the situation safe.
Any followup repairs will still be carried out during office hours by us.
How the service works:
- Continue to call our usual contact number
- Out-of-hours calls will be answered by the Galw Gofal team
- If needed, an on-call operative from Adra or ClwydAlyn will attend
- Operatives will always show official ID
The service is expected to start on 9 February 2026.
