New kitchen at GISDA’s brand new cafe

Over the past few weeks, we have been working with TroCymru and Welcome Furniture to help build a new kitchen for GISDA, the charity who help young vulnerable people, in their new cafe in Caernarfon.

TroCymru, a Circular Economy and Carbon Advisory company got in touch with Welcome Furniture who donated a kitchen that had been locally made reusing quality materials, therefore reducing waste, having a carbon impact and creating lasting social value for the community.

They then contacted us at Adra to ask whether our workforce would install the kitchen. It’s another example of our commitment to supporting projects that deliver genuine social value beyond housing.

This project showcases what working in partnership can achieve and highlights the positive outcomes delivered through collaboration.
