The equivalent of 1 months’ rent payment will be taken as a deposit at the start of the tenancy in addition to your first months’ rent.

Local Connection Criteria
Priority will be given to applicants who have lived for 5 years or more in the Community Council area where the Property is located (Pwllheli).
If there is no suitable applicant meeting the residency criteria as set out in above clause, applicants meeting the residency criteria noted below will be considered in the following order.
- Applicants who have a Gwynedd Connection (as defined in Gwynedd Common Partnership Housing Options Policy- 2019) and who has lived for less than 5 years in the Community Council area where the Property is located.
- Applicants who have a Gwynedd Connection and lived in Gwynedd for 5 years.
- Applicants who have a Gwynedd Connection and lived in Gwynedd for 12 months.
Please note applications in each criteria will appear in date order with the application having the earliest registration date (or relevant date) considered first.
Who is the Landlord?
Cyngor Gwynedd are the owners of the properties but Adra will be operating as your landlord.
Your contract will be with Adra.
This is part of a new scheme by Cyngor Gwynedd called Buy to Let.
How do I apply for the property?
You will need register with the Tai Teg affordable Homes register.
You can do this online at Tai Teg . Please ensure that have read the eligibility criteria and that you meet the requirements before applying. It can take up to 5 working days for your application to be accepted on to the register. You will not be able to apply for a property until your application has been approved.
An Open Day will be held to view the properties on Wednesday 21/02/2024.
