Tenants praise for Trem yr Wyddfa works

The final phase of a significant investment in homes at Trem yr Wyddfa, Penygroes has been completed.

Work started back in March to improve the energy efficiency of homes, with 48 homes and 10 bungalows receiving work.

Over the past seven months and over three different phases, we’ve carried out major works to install external wall insulation, replacing windows and doors with double glazing, re-paving paths and replacing gates, while also completely upgrading the roofs, replacing roof lines, guttering, soffits and re-structuring chimneys.

We’ve been contacted by a number of the tenants living on the estate since the work has been finished.
