Affordable intermediate rent

Rhent is based on a Local Housing Allowance or 80% of the open market rents.

Shared Ownership

Customers can part-buy and part-rent a new home. Buyers can purchase an initial share of between a minimum initial equity of 25% to the maximum initial equity 75% of the value of the home, based on their sustainability assessment.

A monthly rent is then applicable on the share not purchased

When will the homes be ready?

The homes will be available from 2021 – 2023.

You need to be on Tai Teg’s register to apply for one of these homes.

Register on Tai Teg’s website.

Applications will be considered  in registration date order.

Don’t miss out – register your interest as soon as possible! Properties will
be allocated to eligible persons in accordance with the conditions of the Section 106 agreement.
