Adra launches damp and mould consultation

Adra, North Wales’ largest housing association has launched a damp, mould and condensation consultation, with the aim of introducing new policies and procedures to deal with damp and mould in homes.

Adra encourages tenants and customers to have their say on how the housing association deals with damp and mould in homes.

Mathew Gosset, Adra’s Assistant Director of Assets, said: “We are reviewing our processes to ensure we have adequate measures in place to identify and deal with damp and mould in our properties.

“These include investigation and inspection, ensuring that problems and their causes are correctly diagnosed and treated as soon as possible, and ensuring that tenants receive support, help and advice.

“We intend to introduce new policies and procedures to deal with damp and mould and would appreciate your help and feedback with how we deal with damp and mould.”

Tenants are encouraged to take part in the consultation before 8th of September 2023 by going to: Damp, mould and condensation consultation – Adra
