Success in achieving the Customer Service Excellence Accreditation
The assessor looked across 5 criteria and was satisfied that Adra has maintained the Customer Service Excellence yet again.
During their visit, the assessor talked to members of Adra’s staff, partners, tenants and was given a tour of Tŷ Gwyrddfai.
As part of the judgement, the assessor confirmed that Adra has not only reached the desired Standard, but has surpassed it by awarding 4 Compliance Plus ratings for Academi Adra, Tŷ Gwyrddfai, Social Value and general performance.
