Customer Service and Administrative Skills Course
Are you over 16 years old and looking for experience in customer service or administrative work? The popular Academi Adra course is back, where you can receive training, work experience, and the possibility of a paid placement at the end!

- Able to communicate verbally and in writing through the medium of Welsh

How does it work?
Step 1 – Register for the above course, where you will receive a week of training from Grŵp Llandrillo Menai focusing on the skills needed in the workplace. The course starts on Monday, 7th July at Tŷ Coch, Bangor.
You will have the opportunity to come into the office and meet everyone before the course starts.
Step 2 – You will have the opportunity to go for a week of unpaid work experience with us at Adra or with one of our partners.
Step 3 – Everyone who completes the fortnight will be offered the chance to apply for a paid work placement. If you get an interview and are successful, you will be placed within Adra or with one of our partners for your paid work placement (24 hours per week for 16 weeks – National Minimum Wage).
