We’re proud to announce that we will be appointing 2 new Housing Trainees.
The Housing Trainee Scheme is back for another year, this is now it’s third consecutive year. The course has been very successful and is going from strength to strength. We’re very excited to be able to offer unique opportunities to two successful candidates once again.
What is a Housing Trainee?
The scheme is part of our skills and employment programme – Academi Adra.
Here at Adra, we know that University isn’t for everyone. There are other ways of building a successful career in housing. Or if you fancy a change of career this could be a brilliant option for you.
The Housing Trainee opportunity gives two people a chance to do exactly that, you’d be working with us for two years, getting a taste of different departments with the housing sector such as:
- Rent and income
- Lettings
- Affordable homes
- Customer services
- Business development
- Community
And study at the same time! You’ll be given a chance to study towards CIH Level 2, this will be an excellent foundation and provide basic understanding of some of the skills and knowledge you need to work in housing. Who knows what other opportunities will be available with us at the end of the course.
