Supported housing
We have 8 Supported housing sites across Arfon and Meirionnydd and one site in St.Asaph.
Every site has an Officer to help our tenants live independently.
Who can live in Supported Housing?
Anyone that is:
- Over 55
- Disabled
and need the services offered by our Supported Housing Officer.
How to apply for Supported housing

- if you’d like to apply, please contact the Housing Options team
Services offered
- get in touch up to 3 times a week, depending on staff availability. These can be a mix of phonecalls and visits
- help to make referrals to agencies like Age Cymru, Citizens Advice, Adaptations Team and Social Services
- a personal support plan based on your assessed need
- installing a 24-hour emergency system
- we often arrange social events, sometimes on site and sometimes out and about to help beat loneliness.
Our Supported Housing officer can’t carry out duties such as shopping, cooking, cleaning and personal care.
We can also offer the Supported Housing Services form customers living in homes that aren’t Supported Housing homes.
