- Install Windows & Glazing renewal
- Door Linings, fit internal doors
- GRP Front and Back doors
- Skirtings and Architraves
- Altro Flooring
- Fire Doors
- Fit new kitchens and repairs
- Renew Joists and floorboards
- Rainwater goods, including fascia’s and soffits
- Gable Ladders
- Installing stud walls
- Door locks renewal
Plasterers
- Board and skim walls and ceilings
- Bond and skim chases following electrical rewire
- Scratch coat and dash external areas
- External Wall Insulation (Weber)
- Floor Screeding
- Damp Works
- Chimney refurbishment, including concrete capping
Electricians
- Full rewire to property
- Renew CCU / RCD boards
- Periodic Inspections (EICR)
- Minor repairs (shower replacements, thermostats)
- Fit new interlink Smoke Detectors / Co2 Detectors
- Fit new IP rated switches and sockets to outbuildings
Groundworks
- Concrete paths
- Panel fencing
