Energy wardens saving our customers money
Every year we organise Estate Walkbouts where we visit our customers in different areas. We travel all over, from Aberdaron to Tywyn to meet our customers face to face and to listen to our customers thoughts about their home and our performance.
During one of our visits last Summer our staff asked our people wether they’d like advice on how to save money on their heating bills. We referred Mrs Kelly, from Rhostryfan to one of our Energy Wardens.
They researched options available and advised her to change her electricity provider. Their work saved her£478 a year on her bill.
