Who are we?
We are Adra.
We provide quality homes in north Wales and we are proud to look after nearly 7,000 homes and provide services to over 14,500 local customers. As you get to know us, you’ll realise that we’re not an organisation that stands still.
Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of new homes across north Wales, and although highly ambitious we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.
Our current Group Chief Executive will be retiring this year, so we are now looking for a highly strategic and visionary leader who will inspire us as we deliver 900 new homes by 2025, as well as investing £60 million in our current properties.
We have achieved outstanding results over the years by being ambitious, innovative and highly customer focused, and to maintain our success we are determined to deliver our 2022-25 corporate plan which sets out our key goals, our vision and values, and our fundamental principles.
As our new Group Chief Executive, you’ll share our commitment to providing outstanding services, delivering growth and creating a culture where every colleague can thrive. You’ll also appreciate the key role which Adra plays within our communities and the value we bring to our many partnerships, and as such fluency in the Welsh language is essential.
With senior leadership experience gained in housing or a similarly complex sector, you will either be an established or aspiring Chief Executive with an impressive record of achieving results. You’ll bring to Adra significant experience of delivering positive change, developing and enhancing successful partnerships, and leading skilled, multi-disciplinary teams.
